  Every time I go in the service is great, fast, and friendly!! Only company that doesn't complain Every time I come in with a new problem or come in to upgrade my phone

  Representatives at this store setup a new line with autopay. The number received was constantly being called by telemarketers. Asked for a number change before the first billing cycle, which was no problem. What they didn't tell us is doing so was only possible by making a line on a new account. New account resulted in being overcharged, and the representative would do nothing to compensate for the incident. Requested to speak to a manager to resolve the issue. Issue resolved only after excess complaining. Representative which failed to resolve the matter without managerial intervention had name tag which read "Chilli".
