  Worst customer service ever. The customer service associate Dave was more concerned about going on his break at 730 am then finding my order passed me off to someone else. Evan in appliances tagged my washer and dryer with my name and gave them to someone else after I called the night before and spoke to him to make sure they were there. Then he tried to lie and cover it up except he got caught because I already knew what he had done because the manager was involved by this time. Needless to say I chewed some ass got the floor models and extra money off my order but that still doesn't make up for their lack of incompetence. I will never buy anything from here again .

  Worst customer service received today from an employee The first associate that helped us literally asked if she could leave from helping us. “Can I leave now?” She said in an annoyed tone. Didn’t like the visit; makes me not want to come back.
