  Horrible service. After waiting to return an item. I was told because didn't have the card it was purchased on they couldn't process a return. Went got the card. At that point they could not return the door because the SKU was gone and she didn't have a SKU for it at her desk. She couldnt call the department because the person had just left for lunch, which I find very irritating there is not another person in that department that can help. This is the second time I have had issues because the person in a department just left. Perhaps they need to staff better or cross train. Looks like Lowe's will get my business.

  I've been here a few times because they're a tiny bit cheaper than competitors. Each time I've been there finding help is like finding big foot. It might happen, but it's a fuzzy glimpse of them and it /could/ just be a person in orange. My very last visit here consisted of me being ignored at the customer service desk by three of their staff. After getting tired of waiting I walked a bit off and called. And I watched those same three staff members ignore the phone. Finally, after the third call one picked up and I asked if they can cut wood I purchase to size I got an enthusiastic "absolutely!" And I went, with my answer to the lumber department where there was no one to be seen. We waited several minutes before asking a cashier if they could page someone. They did. Twice. And we saw no one. So we went to Lowe's. Where we were not only helped quickly, but offered a quicker and cheaper solution to our problem. Guess where I shop now?

  I'm a contractor and I buy everyday from a local nampa home depot, I've had a good service and they treat me well when i come get the Material from the store but when you order something its a horrible service like for example i ordered a shower door in 2/06/18 It still doesn't come and its 3/12/18 and they keep on saying it going to come next week every time i ask so i recommend to all the people and contractor to be careful with home depot ordering service you might wait months to get it, i might move to lowes and might recommend all my costumers to go to lowes so thats why I cant give them any stars.
